By accessing Nerdliy, you agree to these Terms of Service and any applicable policies referenced here.
2Accounts and access
You are responsible for maintaining account security and ensuring account information is accurate. You must not share credentials in a way that compromises platform integrity.
3Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, interfere with platform operations, bypass limits, upload malicious content, or violate academic integrity or applicable laws.
4Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed on the schedule selected at checkout. You can manage or cancel subscriptions from your account settings. Access remains active through the paid billing period.
5User content
You retain ownership of uploaded materials. You grant Nerdliy a limited license to process this content only to operate and improve the product experience.
6Service availability
We work to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Planned maintenance and unexpected disruptions may occur.
7Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Nerdliy is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
